Aweber is a high end email marketing option. If you are serious about Email marketing, Aweber is a good place to start. I feel more professional and in control using Aweber for my blog subscriptions. What I like most about Aweber the analytics that the application offers. Compared to other email marketing software in the market, Aweber offers the most specific options in terms of targeting people around the emails they get. For example, Aweber if you send out an email with a particular offer and someone opens it but doesn't click the offer, you are able to know this and decide on the next action to take to convince them to check out your offer. Another thing I like about Aweber is the fact the Customer support. They respond quickly and are very friendly and helpful - they know their staff.

I love AWeber, too. There have been some complaints from prominent marketers about AWeber and it has to do with the number of people you have on your list. The more people you have on your list the more money you are charged, but, that is true for all auto responder companies. This complaint had to do with poor service in accordance with the amount of money they were paying.

More sophisticated split testing options are available in Mailchimp if you're prepared to pay for them - subscribers to Mailchimp's 'Pro Marketer' plan can test 8 variants of e-newsletters against each other. This is undoubtedly useful, but as this will cost you $199 per month on top of whatever you are paying to host your list, it's probably going to be a feature that only large organisations will avail of.

Six tabs along the top of the screen direct you to Home, Messages, Customers, Sign Up Forms, Reports, and List Options. Some of these have drop-down choices. Links to My Lists, My Apps, and Assist, along with My Account, can be found in the upper right-hand corner. Your web page is an account introduction which displays brand-new customers, set up and just recently sent out messages, and list stats

When I talked about this with their support they suggested that if I wanted co-registration they can setup for me and all I needed to do was to fire an email to AWeber co-registration system for each user who register at my website with the details of the user. AWeber would have a custom parser for the email and add the user to my list automatically.
George: All right so, One Last Tool viewers and listeners, there was integrations there was marketing automation, drip campaigns, there’s tagging, which equals segmentation, there are newsletters and one-offs, and hopefully, hopefully, listeners and viewers, you’re not sitting there going, “Hey, maybe I should do that someday.” No, you should probably have started to put forms on your site and generate an email list, I don’t know, as soon as you opened the doors to your digital business. But, we’re not judging you, we’re just giving you the information today on this podcast.
AWeber Systems exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information passing through AWeber Systems. All leads (email addresses) generated by subscriber are held strictly confidential. Being able to capture potential clients via email signups is huge for my consulting business. The analytics that allow me to see what the open rate, click through rate and sales made from emails I send to my list are super helpful. In the past year, I have been able to fine tune what my list is most responsive to because of the detailed analytics. This is useful for anyone wanting to grow and maintain their email list.
Aweber offers advanced tracking of each email you send which allows you to determine if your sales offers or follow up content are not appealing to people. This can be useful in understanding what content should be removed, or even added, so as time moves forward you can convert a higher rate of click throughs in your follow up email campaigns and close more sales.

Because of its history, AWeber should appeal to a very wide group of users. Someone who has never used an automated email service will enjoy the basic interface, while someone who may not have used one for years may still be able to know how it all works. If you're looking for an easy simple way to manage your newsletter distribution and subscriber list, then AWeber is the tool you should use.

Anna, I really appreciate your Aweber review. I wish I could say my experience has been the same. I find it hard to navigate and even harder to understand. I dread the thought of having to login to my account to do anything. I would really like to see more video’s and tutorials, especially on list building., and why can’t I just email my contacts the old way using aweber? You’re talking to somone who has been totally clueless to autoreponders. I’m wondering is there any hope for me (lol)
Overall: I'm still new to running my business 100% on my own so a lot of marketing programs out there confuse me. This however seems easy enough at this point. I like that almost everything I need is included and if my customer base grows I have the option to upgrade my account to adjust accordingly without overspending. So far it seems great I will leave a more detailed review after my trial ends.
Aweber believes in the importance of making sure you confirm the intent of your subscriber before they are added to your list. You can rest assured that you will have a higher quality of subscriber because they take the time to read their email confirmation message and click on a special link that activates their subscription. This way, if they are added to your list it is because they were serious about joining in the first place – instead of just being added to one of your lists by selecting a checkbox and paying little mind to it (as is the case with many web sites).

Okay, so once the settings are saved click on confirm often. And this is the message people will receive when they opt in to your list. So you can modify this however you want and generally the one that’s here, that’s Aweber gives you is actually pretty high converting. Okay, but you can always change it like to whatever you want. You can insert the person’s name if you have that as part of your e-mail opt in form. Their first name, their e-mail, whatever that you want to add.
