I've been using Aweber since the very beginning of my online business about 7-8 years ago. It integrates well with other services to make an automated flow of things. I love the segmentation I can do. Just the overall ease of using it. Oh, and their customer service is INCREDIBLE. Probably one of my favorite features. There is someone live to chat with within seconds to help you. Incredible support, no waiting.
Nice money savers you mentioned here. But I’d like to mention, be careful when mass deleting the actively subscribed undeliverable. This search field is a bit flawed. I found my own test addressees in this search result when I searched my own aweber subscriber base. Apparently, if there has ever been an undeliverable email (which was the case when my web-host crashed my site in a routine update), said email address will show up in the search results. Make sure you click on each actively subscribed email address before you delete, and it will show whether the “undeliverable” was an isolated incident or a recurring phenomenon with said subscriber. My two cents and good faith attempt ad being earning my keep for a backlink:)

The kind of reports they have is totally exhaustive. Mailchimp sign-up form requires some HTML knowledge. While the easy to use service allows you to create a sign-up form quickly, once the code for it is generated you will need HTML knowledge to embed it into your website. Normal sign-up forms are hosted on Mailchimp's website, so your readers will be directed to their servers to fill out the forms unless you make the effort to embed it.

AWeber is all about hand-holding. There are numerous video tutorials to help you figure out what to do, and almost every field or option to fill out has a link that opens up the relevant help text. Unfortunately, live help is very limited. Phone and chat support options are only available during business hours. If you want the option to call at any time, you'll want to choose a service other than AWeber. Campaigner, for example, offers 24/7 phone support.
It's also expanded its auto-responder options. A feature called Legacy Followup Messages enables you to send a series of messages to all new subscribers. Another feature called Campaigns (currently in beta) offers several ways to send auto-responders: by day and time, and also based on subscriber behavior or if you tag contacts in your database. You can also pause and stop auto-responders at any time. Campaign tracking lets you see how far your subscribers are in your follow up series of emails/campaigns and which caused the most unsubscribes, so you can tweak them as needed.

But how exactly does AWeber support your team? You can use it to manage contacts in a flexible and effective way, create successful and visually attractive campaigns, and create personalized subscriber lists. On the list, you can add 10 contacts per form, inserting their records full of contact and behavior information. Nevertheless, AWeber will do more than simply categorizing contacts – it will provide you an insight on where customers are coming from and whether they’ve bought a product or subscribed for a service. Thanks to such historical overview, the user can make smarter and more informed business decisions.
Okay, now if you want a success page which is not necessarily required but if you want a page that you sent people to after they confirm that banks them or give some the report that they may have signed up for, you can put the URL here. But that’s not necessarily something you have to do. I’m going to click on save settings. Once you have you list set up, you can then start to create your email series or campaign. This will be your emails that go out one by one each day or however you set the timing of them all. Aweber has a lot of cool features, but again it is a simple format. You can simply copy and paste and drag and drop you emails from say a word doc into Aweber. Or you can start from scratch and write your entire emails within Aweber itself. It has the same look and feel as a normal email platform would have and more. You can add pictures, videos, shopping carts and products, and many more features.
