You must have a good deal of room to grow with AWeber. You can start out with simple functions and move into more complex locations as you acquire self-confidence and the needs of your business broaden. If you like what you have actually checked out here, I ‘d suggest you provide AWeber’s complimentary trial a drop in if it appears like a good fit for your business.
Because of its history, AWeber should appeal to a very wide group of users. Someone who has never used an automated email service will enjoy the basic interface, while someone who may not have used one for years may still be able to know how it all works. If you're looking for an easy simple way to manage your newsletter distribution and subscriber list, then AWeber is the tool you should use.
Autoresponders are e-newsletters that are sent to your mailing list subscribers at pre-defined intervals – for example, you can set them up so that straight after somebody signs up to your list, they receive a welcome or ‘onboarding’ message from your business; a week later they could receive a promo code for specific products; two weeks later they could receive an encouragement to follow you on social media. And so on!
Copying and pasting contact information from one platform to another is a waste of precious resources. By connecting AWeber with Zapier, you can automatically add subscribers to your email list—no matter where you get their information from. You can also organize contact information any way you like by exporting new AWeber subscribers to your favorite database.
But, what we’ve recently done, which we found some success with, is we give you access to all of those emails, on day one. So, we’ll email you and then we’ll give you access to access all the emails that you will be getting in the future. If you’re just like, “I get that, that’s the first thing you want me to do but, it’s not the first thing I want to do on my AWeber account.” So, we take a very step by step approach for new customers but, we also give you, kind of this ala carte, get access to all the content that you need for onboarding, at once, so that you can choose your own adventure. We can kind of empower you to make those decisions.

More sophisticated split testing options are available in Mailchimp if you're prepared to pay for them - subscribers to Mailchimp's 'Pro Marketer' plan can test 8 variants of e-newsletters against each other. This is undoubtedly useful, but as this will cost you $199 per month on top of whatever you are paying to host your list, it's probably going to be a feature that only large organisations will avail of.

Then, of course, you’ll want new subscribers. That’s where AWeber's forms come in. They let you make signup forms with up to 25 fields to collect as much info as you want, using your own design or pre-made templates that run the range from simple layouts to fancy forms with animated widgets. Its form fields are smart, too—the normal name field can figure out first and last names, and split them automatically so you can personalize emails without making new subscribers click through multiple form fields. You can then embed the form on your site or let AWeber turn it into a simple landing page, and can A/B test your forms to see which one works better. And if that’s not enough, AWeber integrates with WordPress, PayPal, and Facebook so you can add contacts from the apps your customers and fans already use. There’s even a mobile app to add subscribers on the go from your conferences, stores and more.
It's a great feeling when your email campaign is working and bringing in new customers or really engaging with your existing user base. There's no need to slow down your momentum just to manage this flood of new data — give this AWeber HubSpot integration a shot instead! Once you've got it all set up, every time you receive an AWeber subscriber the information will be sent to HubSpot, where a new contact will either be created or an existing one will be updated, letting you focus on on your strategy and work at hand with the assurance your information will remain updated.

Yes, one of the more popular features they offer is their in-depth analytics. This allows you to see things like open rate and click-through rates. It also makes it easy to take action on your stats. For example, you can easily resend a newsletter to anyone who didn’t open the first email or create a segment based on people who clicked a specific link.
AWeber offers a mix of basic features (such as file import) with advanced features (creating your own email templates) in an easy-to-navigate user interface (UI). AWeber's extensive reporting tools and user segmentation abilities make it a solid performer, one you would do well to consider for your business. With more extensive live support options and more information about things that went wrong, AWeber could have been a top-tier service on par with our Editors' Choices for email marketing tools, Campaigner and .
You have to let AWeber know from where your subscribers came—whether they signed up on a form, bought a product and opted to receive mail, or gave verbal agreement. AWeber also wants to know whether the list is being moved from another mail marketing provider. The goal is to verify you aren't spamming or buying lists. AWeber auto-creates a confirmation message, which is sent to contacts to verify their subscription. Like GetResponse, AWeber doesn't allow disposable domains, such as Mailinator addresses. I just wish this had been explicitly communicated. I uploaded a file containing regular addresses as well as Mailinator ones and waited for the import file to be reviewed and confirmed by Aweber. I never saw an error message informing me that the addresses were rejected, making me think the site was just slow. There was nothing in the import history log, either. When I tried the import without Mailinator addresses, it took just a few minutes.
Imagine a website is selling a cookbook and they want to find ways to compel people to either re-visit their website (let’s say they have a blog) or stay in contact with them. An auto responder will allow them to create a series of 7 emails, for example, each programmed to email their subscriber one time per week, which will create a 7 week series of unique recipes or tips that can be used to motivate the subscriber to go back to the website and consider purchasing their cookbook.
I'm still new to running my business 100% on my own so a lot of marketing programs out there confuse me. This however seems easy enough at this point. I like that almost everything I need is included and if my customer base grows I have the option to upgrade my account to adjust accordingly without overspending. So far it seems great I will leave a more detailed review after my trial ends. It's very convienient to be able to manage my payment according to how many subscribers I have instead of over paying for what I'm not even using. I love that sign up forms Analytics, Integrations Image Hosting and stock photos are also included and easy to use. I don't have to have multiple programs open at the same time to complete a task.
When creating a list, you have the choice of using a pre-generated subject line, such as "Please confirm your request to subscribe" or creating your own. However, creating your own means you have to wait one day for AWeber's team to verify it as a valid subject line. AWeber also has a wizard to walk you through creating signup forms. I was happy to see I could segment users based on custom fields or profile information.
Pros: AWeber provides a simple interface which is easy to manage, and they also provide a large array of tutorials to help make the learning process a bit easier. The templates they provide are also of grat value as well. Tracking subscriber behavior and data is a huge bonus to help improve your conversions. A free 30-day trial is always a huge bonus as well.

Speaking of emails, AWeber's great at that too—as you’d expect. It includes hundreds of templates you can use for your emails, along with thousands of stock photos to make your emails look great and a newly redesigned drag-and-drop email editor to design messages. You can have AWeber send your emails at the best possible time for your contacts to notice and open them, segment your users based on what they’ve done with your emails, and more.
This email automation platform is not the most advanced, there are others that are more sophisticated and produce a much higher email quality. This email platform changes the resolution of images, Also, adding blocks (for images and text, etc) isn't very flexible as far as the layout design goes. It is also difficult to customize the blocks (borders, sizing, etc). Finally, though Aweber will auto-save your progress, it does not save previously used fonts/colors, so each time you exit then go back into an email, you have to go through the customizing part to add to an existing email. The overall creative and styling process is terribly outdated.
Marketing automation works in a similar way to autoresponders, in that emails are automatically sent to a mailing list according to a predefined sequence. But instead of time intervals, user behaviour is used to determine what should emails should be sent next - opens, clicks, goal completions, purchases, abandoned carts and more can all be used to trigger the next e-newsletter.

I like how fair Aweber is priced, especially when compared with email marketing tools with similar quality.I like the integration possibilities which our use of Aweber has opened up for my organization ,in terms of the number of other tools, which we are able to integrate Aweber with and improve our sales and marketing process. Also of key importance is how intuitive I find this program ,as it has an easy to use and understand user interface, which is a key part of what I seek from any software product I use
