At the same time, AWeber is a well integrated system that blends easily in every software ecosystem. You can use it seamlessly with platforms such as Cyfe, Launch Effect, Drupal, WordPress, Raven, Unbounce, Magento, and many more. The system is reasonably priced, to say at least, and therefore accessible to companies with smaller and larger number of subscribers. Plans start from $19 per month for 500 subscribers, and move to $149 for 10,000 of them. Teams with more than 25,000 subscribers should contact the company to obtain a special quote.

More than anything, I use Aweber for affiliate marketing. I've established a large portfolio of passive income that my family and I enjoy every month. After being SHUT DOWN by many email marketing systems, Aweber has been the most diplomatic and flexible tool yet in my journey. As a result, I created Sales Funnel Blueprint to teach everyone not only what I've learned over the years in internet marketing, but to give them an affiliate marketing business with the proven potential to earn six-figures per year. You can get your license of it here.

Aweber costs more, and even though it has gone through re-design recently, loses out to Mailchimp in ease of use. But if you’re willing to pay more money, you can always get their designer to work on a template, and undoubtedly the end result will be better than a Mailchimp design. AWeber is the better option for large companies and agencies, since they usually have a larger budget for email marketing. Many larger blogs that have been around for a while prefer it for its better customer service, and easier to use sign-up forms.
So the second one he might put three days later and then as you add more e-mail make them eight or even two weeks later. Okay? And understand window if you want to send them between certain dates for times to increase your open rate, you can do that. So slide this to on and then you can choose only send them on Mondays or Tuesdays between a certain time. And the reason that works really well is because people are more likely to check your e-mail at certain times.

So, we occupy this really beautiful sweet spot, of people who know exactly what they need to do with their email marketing, they’re either just getting started or they’ve gotten started, and they began to grow their list. They really just need a very basic, sometimes complex, but they need a basic way to create complex automated sequences. Our customers have found a ton of success using AWeber for that. So, we’re that nice sweet spot between free hobbyist email platform, and then super sophisticated, complex enterprise platform.

MailChimp – don’t see it used a lot, but I do know that you can get it free for the first 2000 subscribers. Sounds great, but do you really want only 2000 subscribers? (I know it sounds like a great number if you haven’t started your list yet, but come on… let’s shoot for the stars!). After that, it gets much more expensive than Aweber. Plus, have you seen emails from MailChimp? I wouldn’t choose this autoresponder for that reason alone.

Mailchimp is better if you’re just starting out, and looking to setup an email list without committing a budget to it. They focus more on user-friendly designs and options, so apart from their sign-up form HTML requirement you don’t need to be tech-savvy to get started with the service. Mailchimp also offers multiple integrations, so you can import contacts in from different services. However, the service is probably not a good option if you have any plans of including affiliate links in your email marketing.

I've used quite a few other email platforms for mass emails and I have found that AWeber doesn't offer as much customization with creating emails. I like to create my own format for emails, and it's a little more difficult in AWeber than some other platforms. It's more of a basic service. I also am not impressed with the home page for the sole reason of not having the key things that I like to see when I first get to a landing page. This is more of a personal preference.

Creating our test email worked fairly well. AWeber provides several design templates that were useful and adjustable, however it took more actions to edit it than it did with other online marketing software application. Also, the cursor track was very delicate, including further frustration to the production procedure. This was the only newsletter production program we evaluated with this issue.
Overall: I did not get many benefits and had a bad experience overall - i no longer care this happened months ago I am over it but since I am writing a review on software i have used, I would advise all honestly to stay away as my story seems far from unique and had other bad experiences which i don't have time to list - MailChimp is a pretty good alternative if you are checking out ESPs

George: Now Tom, on this next question … And, by the way, folks, I just want you to realize the word legacy, like some of you have email service providers that started like, almost yesterday, which is probably not a good idea. Having somebody that knows what they’re doing is a good piece on this but, let’s dive a little deeper than the 50,000 foot view, and Tom, if I’m a consumer, and I know I should be doing this email marketing, there’s some people who watch us that are already doing like mass email marketing, but talk me through – How does AWeber work?
Thank you for your review of Aweber. We appreciate you sharing your opinion and doing the research needed to fairly evaluate this email marketing service. We especially like how you described a weakness in the service and then how to overcome it. We have seen fit to link to this article in our independent Aweber Reviews section. Anyhow, keep up the good work spreading truth.

So if you send an e-mail on Monday morning it might get buried with another me most so you may want to make sure that’s any afternoon. Okay? And then under click tracking this will track how many people click on the links within your message. Okay? That’s important for conversion rate, optimization to see whether or not people are actually engaging with your e-mails. And once that’s all set up click on save and exit.
Pros: What I like most about Aweber the analytics that the application offers. Compared to other email marketing software in the market, Aweber offers the most specific options in terms of targeting people around the emails they get. For example, Aweber if you send out an email with a particular offer and someone opens it but doesn't click the offer, you are able to know this and decide on the next action to take to convince them to check out your offer.
George: So, I love it because this is literally what happened people, is that I set the ball up, and he was gonna spike it, and he kind of tapped it. It hit the top of the net, and he saw that it was wobbling back and forth, I was like, “I’m not sure if we’re gonna win this game.”, and then you said one thing, Tom. And I was like, “He just spiked the ball.” That was, that Tom mentioned education, that they’re always creating content, that they have live support, that they’re there to help, and so that was super awesome. Now, as I’ve traveled through the interwebs, there are two types of people that I’ve found. There are those people who, they just get it. Like, they’re technically savvy. And then there are those folks that well, not so much. So, as a first time user to AWeber, what are some of the problems, or a problem that I might run into that will kind of perplex me, and what have you guys done internally, to try to not have that moment happen?
I’m really using it to develop relationships with my existing and potential customers in my field (physical WordPress training courses for beginners) by providing useful hints and tips. I’m sure I will introduce ‘offers’ for them to buy additional services from me (and affiliate products) in the not too distant future, but for now I’m concentrating on getting them to love me! 🙂
