Navigating the site is easy as well and they don't try to push other products onto you. The customer service is amazing as well and really focuses on customer satisfaction which in turn makes people repeat customers and word of mouth starts spreading so more people can learn about the company. Having used Aweber for a few different reasons (online training program delivery, marketing funnel, client newsletter and updates) it has definitely been my go to software for email marketing. It is competitively priced and the functionality you get for the cost is great. I would suggest spending a period of time familiarizing yourself with (or watching Youtube demos) and testing the software though before adding in real clients.
I've tried various email services multiple times, but I feel the most drawn to Aweber. I like the ease of their email editor. I also like how easy it is to change the order of my legacy follow-up series by simply dragging & dropping the emails in whatever order I wish on the fly. Yes, Aweber is a little more expensive than some other platforms, but I'd rather pay a bit more for something that fits my needs than to be irritated all the time.
Aweber costs more, and even though it has gone through re-design recently, loses out to Mailchimp in ease of use. But if you’re willing to pay more money, you can always get their designer to work on a template, and undoubtedly the end result will be better than a Mailchimp design. AWeber is the better option for large companies and agencies, since they usually have a larger budget for email marketing. Many larger blogs that have been around for a while prefer it for its better customer service, and easier to use sign-up forms.
We like that AWeber only has one price plan that changes based on the amount of subscribers. It makes it easy to pick the right one straight away, without having to check a long table to compare different offers with varying features. But unfortunately, AWeber isn’t our favourite email marketing solution, ranking rather low in our own table. Their features underwhelmed us, and the user experience is passable at best.
